RENT PAYMENT
Rent is due the first of every month. Our tenants can now pay their rent online using our tenant portal Tenant Cloud. You can set up one time or reoccurring payments without the hassle of going into the bank. To set up a Tenant Cloud account Click Here.
MOVING OUT?
To lawfully terminate your tenancy, you must provide at least 60 days’ notice whether you are on a fixed-term tenancy, or a month to month tenancy.
LAWN MAINTENANCE
If you are living in a freehold residential home and have exclusive use of the front and/or back yards, you will be responsible for the routine upkeep of the lawn while residing at the property, unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement. Your responsibilities include clearing snow, salting, mowing, raking leaves, trimming bushes and other upkeep as defined.
INSPECTION
From time to time, Clean Property Mgnt may require access to your unit to perform an inspection to assess and determine if any appliances need an upgrade or if general repairs need to be done. We will also note the general condition of the interior and photographs may be taken of both the exterior and interior of the rental unit. Prior to scheduling an inspection appointment, you will first be contacted to determine a time and date that is convenient to you.
